SELLER AGREEMENT

By submitting a listing, the Seller agrees:

1. They are the lawful owner of the item.
   
2. The item is not stolen, counterfeit, or subject to financing or liens.
   
3. The description is truthful and complete.
   
4. The item is free from undisclosed infestations, biohazards, or structural hazards.
   
5. They will not engage in fraudulent activity.
   
6. They grant Premier Sofas a non-exclusive license to use listing photos for marketing.
   
7. They understand service or commission fees may apply.
   

Seller agrees to indemnify Premier Sofas against any claims arising from the listing.
