1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Premier Sofas (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Premier Sofas is an online marketplace that allows third-party sellers to list furniture for sale.
We are not the owner of listed items unless explicitly stated.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, condition, safety, or legality of listings posted by users.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Only list items they legally own
  • Not list stolen, counterfeit, hazardous, or recalled items
  • Comply with all applicable Canadian laws
    We reserve the right to remove listings at our discretion.

4. Seller Representations

By listing an item, sellers confirm:

  • They are the legal owner of the item
  • The item is not stolen or subject to any lien
  • All descriptions and photos are accurate
  • The item is free of undisclosed infestations (including bedbugs)
  • Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Premier Sofas harmless from disputes arising from their listings.

5. Buyer Acknowledgment

Buyers understand:

  • Listings are created by independent sellers
  • The Platform does not guarantee condition or quality
  • Buyers are responsible for inspection prior to purchase
  • All purchases are final unless otherwise agreed in writing

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta and Canadian law, Premier Sofas shall not be liable for:

  • Losses from transactions between users
  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Misrepresentation by sellers


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Sofas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed CAD $100.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Post fraudulent listings
  • Upload misleading photos
  • Harass other users
  • Attempt to bypass Platform fees

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada.
